The MIC-CO 2025 Speaker Showcase features six dynamic speakers and an engaging emcee, each bringing powerful insights to the stage. As a special opportunity, we’re giving away a fully covered keynote presentation to one lucky attendee!

How To Participate

✅ Step 1: Register for MIC-CO 2025
To be eligible, you must be a registered attendee of the MIC-CO 2025 Conference & Trade Show.

✅ Step 2: Attend the ENTIRE Speaker Showcase
📍 Date: Tuesday, March 25, 2025
📍 Time: 12:45 PM – 1:45 PM (Arrive early for the best seats!)
📍 Location: Four Seasons Ballroom

💡 Important: You must be present for the entire showcase to qualify! Attendees who miss even one speaker will not be eligible for the giveaway.

✅ Step 3: Submit Your Entry Form
At the end of the showcase, hand in your completed Entry Form to one of our designated volunteers.

✅ Step 4: Cross Your Fingers & Do Your ‘Win-Win-Win’ Dance! 💃🕺

One lucky winner will be drawn at random and notified before the end of the conference!

The Details

Do you hire keynote speakers for your organization, association, or client? Yay, you're eligible!
Be in the audience for the full showcase session for the opportunity to participate. If you miss the first speaker you'll not only miss out on an exceptional presentation, but you will not be eligible for our gift of a keynote. All six speakers, the emcee, and our alternate are all in the mix for this opportunity.
Note: We will begin at 12:45 pm sharp - 6 speakers with 7 minutes each is a tight hour of programming.
One entry per meeting/event planner (if you hire speakers - that's YOU)!
Winner will be selected at random.
Winner need not be present at time of random selection. (Winner must be present to experience the full Speaker Showcase).
A back-up selection will also be made just in case it's determined the original selection was not an eligible participant.
Keynote to be booked with an agreement signed no later than December, 31, 2025. Sooner is better than later to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Keynote to take place no later than December 31, 2026.
In the event of scheduling conflicts that prevent you from booking your initial selection, we will pair you with your second selection.
Keynote fee is covered. In the event that your conference or event is more than 75 miles from the speaker's identified home/identified location, airfare (or mileage if applicable), and lodging is the responsibility of the hosting organization. (You may also want to provide lodging as an option for closer speakers to accommodate an "early and stay late mix and mingle" approach for attendees to have more opportunities to connect with the speaker).
Our goal is for this to be a WIN WIN WIN, and are confident we have curated a selection of speakers that line up beautifully with what meeting and event planners are looking for in 2025, based on a survey of over 90 meeting professionals.
